Return Policy for Signals

  1. Return Window
    Customers can return items within one month if there is a manufacturer-related issue or damage, but not due to misuse.        

  2. Condition for Returns
    Items must be placed in a box for return shipping to ensure protection. Before shipping, customers must send photos of the item (front, back, and both sides) to [email protected]   

  3. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return” or “Replace,” based on your request. Include your contact information and the reason for the return. Our team will process your request within 3 working days and provide you with return instructions. 

  4. Refund Process
    Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 2 working days and send you proof of the refund. The duration for receiving the refund depends on your bank. 

  5. Shipping Costs
    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

  6. Exceptions
    There are no exceptions to this return policy. 

  7. Damaged Items
    If the damage is due to a manufacturer issue, we will take care of the return. However, if the damage is due to buyer misuse, it is not covered under this policy.
